Join us for this welcoming introduction to Ayurveda in the peaceful setting of Lifepath Yoga Center's forest yurt. Whether you're completely new to Ayurveda or simply curious about holistic health, this workshop will provide practical insights that you can begin using in everyday life.

During this workshop you'll discover:

• The five elements of nature and how they exist within all living things

• The three doshas (Vata, Pitta & Kapha) and how they influence your body, mind, and personality

• Why we are all beautifully unique—and why there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to health

• The Ayurvedic Clock—understanding the rhythms of the 24-hour day, seasons of the year and the seasons of life through the natural lens of Ayurveda.

• Simple lifestyle, nutrition, and self-care practices to support greater balance and well-being

You'll leave with a new way of looking at yourself and the world around you—and perhaps a deeper appreciation that nature has always been our greatest teacher.
