Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced yoga class that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and balance within a full sequence of poses taught slowly and mindfully. Gentle Yoga culminates in restorative yoga poses followed by a period of Seated Meditation & Savasana (final relaxation) to bring you toward greater energy and vitality. Pranayama, or the awareness and control of the breath is taught throughout the class, thus promoting a meditative sense of stillness within. There are yoga props and blankets available for your use to help make poses more accessible as needed and for your comfort.

As comfortable spacing of Yoga mats is in place, class sizes are limited~register early!
You may want to bring your own yoga mat, however there are yoga mats, yoga blocks & straps, blankets and bolsters available for your comfort and use.
