Saturday Morning Yoga

Begin your weekend with a nourishing practice designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. This all-levels yoga class welcomes students of every age, background, and experience level, offering a supportive space to gently move, breathe, and connect inward.
Each session includes breath-centered movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace. Class concludes with a short seated meditation, a restorative yoga posture, and a deeply restful savasana to leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and at ease.
A simple breath practice (pranayama) is woven into each class to support inner calm and presence.
This Saturday class is open for single class registration, offering flexibility for those with shifting schedules. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you're warmly invited to join us for a mindful start to your weekend.
