Experience a mid-week reset with a nourishing practice designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. This all-levels yoga class welcomes students of every age, background, and experience level, offering a supportive space to gently move, breathe, and connect inward.
Each session includes breath-centered movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace. Class concludes with a short seated meditation, a restorative yoga posture, and a deeply restful savasana to leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and at ease.
A simple breath practice (pranayama) is woven into each class to support inner calm and presence.
This all-levels Yoga class is open for single class registration, offering flexibility for those with shifting schedules. Or if you desire a weekly practice, you may register for the entire session (September 3-October 8). Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you're warmly invited to join us for a mindful mid-week reset.
