Experience an end of week reset with a nourishing practice designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. This all-levels yoga class welcomes students of every age, background, and experience level, offering a supportive space to gently move, breathe, and connect inward.

Each session includes breath-centered movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace. Class concludes with a short seated meditation, a restorative yoga posture, and a deeply restful savasana to leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and at ease.

This all-levels Yoga class is open for single class registration, offering flexibility for those with shifting schedules. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you're warmly invited to join us on select Saturday mornings!
