Tai Chi Easy
Tai Chi Easy is a beautiful, 7-step, meditative, flowing form based on the Yang Style. It is suitable to most everyone and can be practiced while seated, standing or coordinated with tai chi walking.
Once you have completed this 6 week course, you will have the ability to practice Tai Chi Easy daily at home to promote health, vitality and longevity.
