Tai Chi Easy

During this 8-week Course, you will learn a series of Qigong exercises, self-applied massage techniques, breath practices and the Tai Chi Easy form to enable you to practice daily at home to promote a life of balance, peace, energy, health and vitality. This Course is enriched by discussion about the history and science behind Tai Chi, as well as how Tai Chi incorporates the Taoist philosophy of simplicity and harmony with nature. Our teaching emphasis is on quality, with a focus on coordinating motion with breath, postural alignment, fluidity and inner awareness. Fun, accessible and specifically designed to give you tools to heal yourself, this course addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspectives of the practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, blending Chinese Philosophy and healing with Western Science.
Tai Chi Easy is a beautiful, 7-step, meditative, flowing form based on the Yang Style. It is suitable to most everyone and can be practiced while seated, standing or coordinated with Tai Chi walking.
