Flow Yoga

This  Yoga class focuses on various asana's for total body strengthening, flexibility and balance. It follows a class sequence of centering, warm-ups, sun salutations,  standing poses and balance poses, to cooling postures, including forward bends, back bends, twists and inversions; followed by final relaxation (savasana).  Pranayama, or the awareness and control of the breath is taught throughout the class, thus quieting the mind.  There is a focus on proper postural alignment & safety.  

Autumn Flow Yoga Classes start September 30, 2019 and end at the Winter Solstice

Tuesdays: Flow Yoga 5:30-6:30pm @ Springville Studio is OPEN to “walk-in” Students ($12.) or by an Autumn 8-Class Yoga Pass ($80.) effective for the 12 Weeks of Autumn and expires at the Winter Solstice. The Autumn 8-Class Yoga Pass can be used at any of the OPEN Flow or Gentle Yoga Classes. Once an Autumn 8-Class Yoga Pass is used up, the student may “walk-into” any OPEN Yoga Class at $10. per class for the remainder of the Autumn Season.

Wednesdays: Flow Yoga 4:30-5:30pm @ Springville Studio is OPEN to “walk-in” Students ($12.) or by an Autumn 8-Class Yoga Pass ($80.) effective for the 12 Weeks of Autumn and expires at the Winter Solstice. Mondays: Flow Yoga 7-8pm @ Holland Studio is OPEN to “walk-in” Students ($10.) or by 8-Class Yoga Pass ($60.), expires 6-months from date of purchase.

Autumn 2019 Yoga Classes are payable by purchase on-line or at class by cash, check, credit, IH Healthy Extras/CB Wellness Benefit Card
