Teenagers struggle with a number of challenges on a daily basis. Practicing yoga is one strategy teens can use to not only reduce stress but also improve their self-esteem, develop focus and concentration, improve flexibility, core-strength/posture & balance, develop emotional intelligence and a positive mind-set.
