Introduction to Yoga Course
This 4-week Course introduces the beginner yoga student to basic yoga philosophy, postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Yoga Students registered in this course will be given instruction on how to modify poses to meet their individual needs to enable comfortable participation in an on-going Yoga Class. There are yoga mats, yoga props, bolsters & blankets available to you, for your comfort and to help make poses accessible.
