Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique for relaxation and stress reduction and a highly evolved method of meditation. The word Nidra means “sleep”, and thus the practice of Yoga Nidra is associated with the practice of relaxed states of consciousness. This class will start with gentle asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breath practice); followed by Yoga Nidra (practiced in a supported lying position).
