Tai Chi Easy
taught by Tai Chi Practice Leaders,
John and Maria Czechowski,
is a mind-body practice developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD,
director of the Institute of Integral QiGong and Tai Chi
based on the healing principles of the ancient practices of QiGong & Tai Chi.
QiGong and Tai Chi are moving meditations which use slow graceful movements
and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection,
reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, and improve circulation thereby
enhancing your overall health and vitality.
Tai Chi Easy, an 8 week course taught at Lifepath Yoga Center,
is a carefully developed approach that makesTai Chi easy, fun, and beneficial
right away. Tai Chi Easy is suitable to most everyone and can be practiced
while seated, standing or walking.
Once you have completed this 8 week course, you will have the ability
to practice Tai Chi Easy daily at home to
promote health, vitality and longevity.
