Flow Yoga

This  Yoga class focuses on asana's (poses) for total body strengthening, flexibility and balance. It follows a class sequence of centering, warm-ups, asanas for core strength and spinal mobility, sun salutations, standing poses, balance poses, to cooling poses; ending in final relaxation (savasana).  Pranayama, or the awareness and control of the breath is taught throughout the class, thus calming & quieting the mind.  There is a focus on proper postural alignment & safety.  Students are guided to listen & honor their bodies; as such, modifications are offered throughout this class to meet your individual needs.

Spring 2024:

  • Flow Yoga: 6 Tuesdays: 4:30-5:30pm: May 7-June 11 $72./Session or $15./class

As comfortable spacing of yoga mats is in place, class size is limited~register early!

Springville Students: You may want to bring your own yoga mat, however there are mats, yoga blocks & straps, blankets, & bolsters available for your use.
